The Centennial HS Cross Country team would like to invite everyone to join us at the first annual Sam Robb Memorial 5K this Saturday, November 22nd at 8AM at Newtown Park in Johns Creek.
Sam Robb was a student who went to Blessed Trinity HS and Centennial HS. Unfortunately, Sam had bone cancer and passed away a little over a year ago. Several members of Centennial’s Cross Country team decided to organize this run to honor Sam and all proceeds will benefit Sam's Fund and Cure Childhood Cancer.

Meet Parents Coordinator:
Someone to make sure the following folks are coordinated and ready each week.
Meet Parents:
Parents sign up (probably should do two families per week) and they are in charge of getting to meets early with team, setting up the tents, the food tables and getting the snack all ready. Then remain the entire meet and help with the takedown and clean up of team site. We would also put the purchase of the Meet Snacks in this category. Meet Snacks are paid for by Booster Club.
Some other schools are doing this and have made the Meet experience so much better for Athletes and Coaches with their hospitality.

Dear Athletes,
Outstanding job at our first meet of the season. There were many personal records set and we won lots of hardware! Congratulations to everyone. It shows the hard work everyone is putting in is paying off. We still have a long way to go to reach our goals but it was a great way to start the season. We hope everyone has a fun, relaxing, and safe LONG weekend! Sunday and Monday's workouts are: One day completely off and one day 40-45 minutes + stretching. We will see you on Tuesday for another great week of practice. Berry is next!
